Facade, Inc*, a 6 person Benefits firm in San Francisco, was referred to IPSOFACTO by Heath Architects, a client of IPSOFACTO. While Facade had heard many wonderful things about Microsoft Small Business Server, switching to MSSBS was a chilling decision. Concerns arose:
