Issue: New HP printer ink cartridges do not print clearly

Solution/Process: This seems to be a known issue with some new HP cartridges. Assuming the cartridge hasn’t expired; the best way to fix this is to clean the gold connectors on the ink with a damp coffee filter or lent free cloth. Next, run the printer cleaning wizard (assuming there is one) multiple times (2x or 3x). Finally, run the alignment wizard. Then try printing a large document (10 or more pages). Sometimes the ink just needs to get going before it works properly so running it through a big print job should help.
