While HN had heard many wonderful things about our service, the idea of transitioning from their IT guy was a chilling decision. Legitimate concerns arose, such as:

4. IT Problems were categorized into Red, Orange, and Green. Red being a serious issue. HN had no anti-virus and their firewall was programmed badly- these were Red issues.
